This release was issued under a previous government.

The load is 29 feet 9 inches wide and the total length of the train is 247-feet long, requiring the entire width of a two-lane highway, including the shoulder.

Affected roadways include: Whitemud Drive, Anthony Henday Drive and Highways 14, 21, 36, 28 and 63.

Pilot vehicles will accompany the load and will travel ahead to advise motorists to pull over and stop while the load passes.

Motorists travelling behind the load will also face delays. The load will pull over when safe to do so to allow traffic to pass along sections of two-lane highways.
